Since 2013 we have had students entering GCSEs. Parents who wish for their students to sit for Hindi GSCE should discuss this with their class teacher.
Update – EDEXCEL HAVE STOPPED SETTING HINDI EXAMS SO AT PRESENT WE ARE LOOKING AT ALTERNATIVES
Parents are requested to contact their child’s school (Examination Officer/ Co-ordinator) and ask they be entered through the school as we are not registered for this. Please do this in the Autumn term so school can look into matters and discuss with you any issues before the deadline for entry which will be in early part of the New Year. The school may request a fee to process the application. Students in past have paid around 40 pounds if application made on time. Late applications may cost more.
At present there are only a couple of Exam Boards which offer Hindi GCSEs and past students have set the exam set by EDEXCEL. The exam to date takes place once a year in May. Further details can be found using link below.
Past papers can be found below (you should be able to download past papers except last years for which you should school for copy), students may also find it self to look at past papers of other languages under the same specification for questions asking to translate English into foreign language.
